The food is great, service could be more welcoming and friendly but it must be hard for a very busy takeout place. The setting is from the Covid-19 days where the former entrance is now secured where business is transacted on a low table. There is a line to order and pay and another to pick up. There is a specially priced dish every week. It's situated in the parking level under the Beretania Safeway, so lots of parking.

The food is always on point. First time trying the lamb and leek and let me tell you it didn't disappoint. Never tried leek before but it was pretty good. I've been taking out ever since covid but the service is excellent but they can get pretty busy.

Takeout food is incredible!! I always order by phone and go pick up. I have tried a lot of their offerings but today I ate the roast duck with roast pork add on side of charsiu and a separate order of Young chow fried rice. Good lord it was incredible!! Of course I couldn't eat it all for lunch so I just reheated it for dinner. Laid it out on an oven safe dinner plate and put it in my table top toaster oven for 10 minutes. The duck and roast pork got super crispy again and the fats dripped into the fried rice!! It was soooo good!!

Been coming here since it opened. Always ordered the Ginger chicken plate with extra sauce and 1/2 lb of roast pork n charsiu Highly place an order on the phone so u dont have to wait for your order

Sometimes after a long shift from work and needing a grab and go kind of meal that isnt fast food, I sometimes find myself stopping by Asian mix always ordering the fried rice and pork chops. The pork chops are flavored with garlic, salt, peppers, and mildly hot red peppers cooked quite nicely where the outside is somewhat crispy and the inside is soft and still flavorful. And the fried rice complements the savory bites of the pork chops quite nicely. It's enough for 3 meals for me at a reasonable price (considering it counts for 3 meals lol) Parking is located in Beretania Safeway and staff is friendly and efficient. 5 stars!

Asia Mix is a no frills take out Chinese restaurant conveniently located with covered parking shared by Safeway. This place is always busy. The staff are not necessarily rude..just efficiently brusque ensuring everyone orders, pays and picks up. There is no seating to enjoy your meal. People seem to order meals for dinner or lunch. Prices are reasonable and they give a good amount of food. I do honestly feel that the food can be hit or miss. We recently ordered beef chow fun and a garlic eggplant tofu dish. The noodles were fresh and the beef with vegetables tasted good loaded with brown gravy. We enjoyed the garlic eggplant tofu dish. Food came out quickly and so it was nice that the wait wasn't too long . The take out window is located near the road so it's noisy. It's a very utilitarian type of Chinese food establishment. Lower dining expectations and just enjoy the food.

You can't go wrong with a last-minute party tray order from this place! While they don't offer dine-in seating, that's totally fine since everyone opts for takeout anyway. I ordered a medium tray of spring rolls, and they let me know it would be ready in just 20 minutes. They must have been well-prepared that day because everything was ready so quickly! The food is fast, delicious, and reasonably priced. Just a heads-up--if you're paying by card, they don't accept Amex, so make sure to use Visa or MasterCard instead. I'd definitely come back again for quick and easy food!

Great local takeout with large quantities! Their roast duck is great and no need to go to Chinatown. Recommend going early if you want duck or preorder as they run out later in the day. As i said, the quantity is quite large so prepare to enjoy for a few days. The bitter melon was good but the melon could use more cooking as it was too crispy/raw for my tastes. It was better reheated and cooked more. The lamb with leeks delicious. And the roast duck, vege rice plate oh so good!

The food here is decent, its to go so its not going to be really amazing. some things like the hainan chicken and beef chow mein were good. Others like the mapo tofu was sub pr. The bbq meats are really what you gotta get here. They run out pretty regularly so its best to call in early in the day to place an order! They got a big menu and not eveything is going to be a hit, so i'd say just stick to what i like here. Besides that, they are so nice here. If ur waiting too long they sometime will just offer you a canned drink.
